Meet the Doulas

Sarah Torres

Hi there! I'm Sarah, Owner and Founder of Nueva Vida Doula, and a doula with over eight years of experience supporting families through the incredible journey of childbirth. As a Certified Lactation Counselor, Childbirth Educator, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, Car Seat Tech (CPST), and Spanish Interpreter, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my doula work.

With three amazing kids and a household full of pets, I understand the importance of compassion, patience, and a nurturing touch in both my personal and professional life.

When I'm not assisting families during their pregnancy journey, you'll often find me outdoors, exploring nature with my loved ones or tending to my garden. I believe in the healing power of the great outdoors and find solace in the tranquility of a hike through the woods or a day on the river.

As a doula, mother, outdoor enthusiast, gardener, and advocate, I bring a holistic approach to my practice, rooted in love and connection. I'm dedicated to empowering families to embrace birth and parenthood with confidence and joy.
