Summer 2026 Series
In-person group childbirth classes for pregnant people and their support person or support people.
Class fee covers the full series and is due at or before the first class session.

Ultrasound Visit
45 minutes
A baby bonding doula session that includes an elective, non-medical ultrasound experience and a single doula visit.
Free for pregnant people with Medi-Cal/Partnership. Private pay clients may pay on or before the visit.
Testing
SneakPeek Testing
30 minutes
Ideal for pregnant people who are 6 or more weeks pregnant. Tests are overnighted and results are sent electronically the following afternoon.
Inconclusive tests may be repeated at no extra cost.

A pregnancy-centered bonding and keepsake appointment. Ask the office for current availability and appointment details.

Book support for postpartum questions, newborn care and safety, and sleep consultation with Hailey, Nueva Vida’s postpartum doula.

Baby bonding
Infant Massage Instruction
45 minutes
Learn gentle infant massage techniques that can support bonding, soothing, and confidence with your baby.
Free for Partnership/Medi-Cal clients, available for established private pay clients, or as a $125 individual private pay visit.
Recovery support
Postpartum Belly Binding
45 minutes
Postpartum belly binding visits include a single doula visit during each belly binding session.
Free for postpartum people with Medi-Cal/Partnership within 365 days of most recent delivery. Each initial visit includes one faja or binding to keep.
Relaxation & recovery
Gentle support for rest, grounding, and nervous system care.
Relaxation with Danni
Shirodhara or Guided Meditation

Choose a visit for Shirodhara treatment or guided meditation. These visits include a regular doula check-in built into the appointment.

Elective ultrasound note
Ultrasound visits are baby bonding doula sessions.
Ultrasound visits at Nueva Vida Doula are 100% elective, non-medical baby bonding doula sessions. They are designed for connection and reassurance, not diagnosis.
These visits do not replace medical ultrasound care, anatomy scans, prenatal care, or medical evaluation from your provider.

Before you book
What should I book first?
If you are new to Nueva Vida Doula, book a New Client Visit. This is a no-cost visit for eligible Partnership/Medi-Cal clients or a free consultation for prospective private pay clients.
Are all services covered by Partnership/Medi-Cal?
Many services may be no cost for eligible Partnership/Medi-Cal clients, but coverage depends on eligibility, timing, appointment type, and service details. The Nueva Vida team can help you understand your options.
What are the private pay prices?
Consultations are free. Private pay SneakPeek testing is $149. Most other private pay doula visit types are $125. Labor and birth support is $975 and includes attendance to childbirth group classes if able to attend and one postpartum home visit.
Are ultrasound visits medical?
No. Ultrasound visits are elective, non-medical baby bonding doula sessions. They are not diagnostic and do not replace medical ultrasound care or prenatal care from your provider.
Are Spanish appointments available?
Yes. Spanish-language appointment options include Primera Visita, Ultrasonido no médico, and Visita de regreso.
