Robert helps guide the operational side of Nueva Vida Doula. As COO and Co-Founder, he focuses on the systems, financials, workflows, marketing, and backend structure that keep the business moving. His role is not direct client care. Instead, Robert works behind the scenes to support the team, organize the business, strengthen the website, improve service pathways, manage financial operations, and build the systems that help Nueva Vida grow sustainably.
