Join Nueva Vida’s Nourish & Nurture group for a calm, welcoming weekly space for pregnant and postpartum parents. Come connect with other growing families, share experiences, ask questions, and feel supported through pregnancy, postpartum, feeding, bonding, and early parenthood.
This group is free, drop-in, and community-centered. Babies and kids are welcome, and food is provided each week.
No appointment is needed to attend Thursday group. Consultation links are for families who want one-on-one doula support beyond group.

Babies, kids, feeding needs, big feelings, and messy timing are welcome. You do not need to have the day perfectly together.
Food is provided
We provide food each week, often Costco pizza, so families can arrive without needing to pack lunch.

A steady place for growing families
Nueva Vida has hosted this Thursday group since July 2024 as part of our commitment to supporting families beyond appointments and birth plans. Families need information, but they also need belonging, food, reassurance, and people who understand the realities of pregnancy and postpartum life.
Nourish & Nurture exists to make support easier to access. It is a weekly rhythm families can return to for connection, encouragement, and community-centered care.
